Technical Services Division

WRIC’s Technical Services Division (TSD) houses a well-equipped Instrument Repair and Maintenance Laboratory that has underpinned the Centre’s instrumentation services for many years.

The laboratory supports departments and affiliated colleges of the University of Mumbai and SNDT Women’s University, alongside R&D institutions, public sector units, private industries, and a range of government and defence laboratories.

Skilled staff, an in-house mechanical workshop, and advanced diagnostic and repair tools enable precise servicing and the fabrication of replacement components. The division also supervises engineering students and project trainees as part of its ongoing training initiatives.
