Outreach Training Programs for Teachers and Technical Staff

The Western Regional Instrumentation Centre (WRIC), Mumbai organizes Outreach Training Programs for teachers and technical staff at various universities and colleges, on invitation.

These programs are designed to strengthen the technical and academic ecosystem of higher education institutions by providing practical, hands-on training in:

• Laboratory Instrument Maintenance
• Physics and Allied Science Laboratories
• Electronic Instruments and Embedded Systems
• Glass Blowing and Scientific Apparatus Fabrication

The training focuses on operation, troubleshooting, repair, and upkeep of instruments, enabling participants to effectively support teaching, research, and student training at their institutions.

Through these outreach initiatives, WRIC ensures that advanced knowledge and specialized skills are disseminated across campuses, thereby enhancing the quality of laboratory practices, research support, and skill-based education in line with NEP-2020.
